Useless to buy??

Like others have posted, I suddenly saw my ability to load up track information disappear, from one night to the next. I tried everything until I finally saw that Real Networks brilliantly decided to take that function away from the free version. OK, fine...terrible move, completely inconsiderate of actual people using the product, but...I'll pony up the one-time $39.99. Did that, reloaded everything, restarted my computer (twice)...and it STILL won't load up CD track information. And absolutely no way to contact customer service other than posting on a message board? What exactly am I paying $40 for, and how quickly can I get a refund? This is not what I paid for, and it's unacceptable.
