Although I pay for unlimited premium space in RealCloud, I continue to receive "RealCloud full, unable to upload" alerts. Is there anyone from support that can fix this? Is this another hacker move?

I need to purchase more time for my real player. I have used my 25GB they gave me after they redone everyone's accounts on September 30th, 2017. I need to get another 25GB's I guess but not having any luck with Real Player staff. When I go to my account it tells me that I am a customer and welcome back. O.K. So how do I get more time on my account? Seems at Real Player they want your business and money but nobody wants to talk to you, that sucks. I have been paying for the premium for over 4 years with no issue. Until this update, which I do not remember receiving an email stating there is a update and that if I did not load all my video's over to a computer that I would lose all my video's! This is unacceptable! I had personal family pics and videos that I am being told are lost forever and I cannot retrieve them. You can't get a real person on the phone! Tech support through email is useless. What doesn't make sense to me is that I can go to my account, it shows I have and am still paying for the premium service. I can see the Icons for all 350+ movies and 200+ pics, but when I go to the app, it show's I only have the basic service???? I can also see the icons on my account, but when I click on them, nothing happens. How can you give someone I months notice of the changes, expect them to download over 500 movies and pics in that short period of time, then tell them sorry your screwed and there is nothing we can do for you!!!
