Unable to Download Videos

When I try to download a video, I get a message saying 'Unable to download', as you'll see from my screenshot. Does this mean that there is not enough space in RealPlayer to download them?.

  Hi,I am totally lost and so is Geek Squad.  I have a new computer one week old and now after one week of many issues the only remaining item is the Download button pop up when the clip starts.  I am not that good with making things correct with computers. Please help me get the down load pop up button to work.

  I've been using the "downloader" for 10 years or longer and all of a sudden....no go! I tried everything. No go. Heeeeeelp!
