Download This Video is missing after upgrading to RealPlayer Plus 18.

 Hi,

I have been a customer for a long time so I know when I tell you it's best to leave RealPlayer alone when it's working good. I had a bad feeling about upgrading to version 18. Download this video button is gone! I HAVE tried everything your support forum and community forum said to do from checking to see if RealPlayer is enabled to going back to default on IE 10. I have been working on this problem for 6 hours straight and I still can't get a download button. ALSO I WAS BILLED TWICE FOR REALPLAYER PLUS 18. CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK ON THIS FOR ME? HERE ARE THE TRANACTIONS NUMBERS: Transaction ID 7BT82600VN192950X AND Transaction ID 6FS70121EU676934G. BOTH FOR THE SAME PRODUCT AND AT THE SAME TIME. THANK YOU. P.S.              The "download this video" won't work on any video's not just youtube.

  I am also seeing this same issue. I have tried to reinstall and restart
