Unable to log in
I keep getting the error "Currently not connected to RealTimes".
To reset your connection, please restart your computer.
I've restarted with no change.
I've checked the services and everything is running.

If you already followed the steps recommended in "Currently not connected to RealTimes/RealPlayer Cloud" and the issue persists, try uninstalling RealPlayer and reinstalling it - see: Uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer on Windows
