TRimmer not working for wav

Hey can you tell me why my wav files will not work on the trimmer. They play on real player but not on the trimmer. Was working fine until I did the latest update that seems to be when it started. I even convert to mp3 and mp4 and still won't work but all my other downloaded videos work on the trimmer?

  Can you provide an approximate timeline as to when the trimmer issue will be resolved...feel like I'm not receiving what i'm paying for.
