I am getting that Currently not connected to RealTimes The realplayer cloud was set as you want it to and the realpayer desktop was not, and my cpu was running about 70% after windows 10 had me update, then  when I set  realpayer desktop the way you wanted to be my cpu went to 100% and when I set both of them to no action my cpu is running 10 to 20% windows defender MsMpEng was doing it and realpayer is stuck on download update when I click realplayer, the update comes up first

To resolve the problem, uninstall RealPlayer completely, delete its folders and then reinstall it as explained here: Uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer on Windows

Once you've reinstalled, try signing in again.

Let us know if this helped.
