poor picture quality of downloaded videos.

Recently my downloaded videos have gone from good picture quality to very poor picture quality. The downloader best quality choice is 'high quality up to 720p'. This used to be 'high quality up to 1080'.  I am using RealPlayer 18.1.8.212 18 plus.
