realplayer 18 Plus crashes on running DVD

 I just purchased this version, I signed in, put a DVD in the drive, Real asked to download some software to run the DVD, I accepted it, after downloading , it tried to install the driver but somehow it crashed, anytime I put a DVD in the drive , it gives the error message: " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, Windows will close the program and will notify you if a solution is available.

Please provide a solution .
