unable to download videos at all using realplayer 16 plus

every time I try to download a video I will receive "unable to download error

  Hello,

  We always recommend using the latest version of RealPlayer, which is RealPlayer 18/RealTimes, as it is continuously being updated and it's compatible with the current operating systems. We do not guarantee reliability of the older products and some features, such as the Download feature may not work properly. Also, we do not offer any updates for old versions.

  Please uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer by following the steps from the article below:

  Note: If, at the end of the installation, RealPlayer prompts you to create an account, please select the "Already have an account? Sign in" option that you'll see at the bottom of the Sign in window. Enter your email address and password and click on the Sign in button and install the additional components
