Error severity 3 Cannot download from You tube, etc.
I give up I have posted this request for assistance 4 times and received the normal written instructions. I upgraded to realplayer 18 and still have the same problem a message box error severity 3 User code 0 http//ns.real.com/Gemini.v1Recording MgrWin Actor.Please take care of the problem on line or call and help me go through steps to correct. 2. What Windows version are you using? (Windows 7, 8, 8.1. or 10?)
3. What browser version are you using when downloading? Here's how to tell: Find browser version
4. Go to the following location on your PC and let us know if the you can find the files listed below: C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealDownloader
- cpprest140_2_8.dll;
- downloader2.exe;
- recordingmanager.exe.
