Real Player has not worked in two yrs

Real Player hasn't work in two years. When I went into cancel it said my membership was free. I then find 3 months ago you are billing me for service over the last 3 months I have tried to cancel this I called I have tried to cancel on line and nothing in your company seems to work except the billing to my credit card of 13.88 a month. I have blocked any further on my CC and I would like a review of your billing me for all this time I want a refund for the last two yrs charges refunded to my  CC.  Lot Trebino
