How do I stop Real Player starting up with Windows?

  If you do not want RealPlayer/RealTimes to open when you start up your PC, please follow the instructions in this article:

  Let it be the right or wrong way, I just stopped it through Services, setting Startup Type to manual.  Real Player, you could have gave us an option in Preferences rather than starting this crap up every time with Windows, using up resources unnecessarily.
