I  have followed your previous advice, checked all the settings, read all the instructions, and burned a new CD RW successfully. Neither the Real Times player nor my DVD-RW drive will play the CD. Nothing happens when I insert it.

To restate, I have 64 bit Widows 10, current Real Player Plus, and new 4 x 12 speed CD - RWs. The first disc burned on Real cannot be played, formatted or erased on either of two computers. Unless we can discover what is wrong, the second disc will also be similarly useless; not to mention the cost of the subscription.

Please advise.
