Manually Adding Missing Album Art Doesn't Work

Whenever I manually add album art the art doesn't save.  Is there some way of correcting this?  I don't want to use the tool for adding missing album art as the images are mostly incorrect.  I've had this trouble with Real Player for many years now.

  This doesn't help.

  1 - This is how to manually add album art.  I know how to do that, Real Player doesn't save what I add.  This is the main problem.

  2 - This is how to use the tool for adding missing album art.  I don't want to do this as the images are mostly incorrect.
