for all these years i have had real player,  i have never been more disappoint in the service i received and the products bought, and the thousands of times it's hung up, and i can't even make a CD, now you want me to spend more money.

i never got what i paid for because you disabled the earlier version of real player and left me wanting. i know this letter will not be addressed and i can sing my own song as i have.

thanks for the shitty service and a shitty player
