 After spending $39.99, you would hope that app. would work properly.

I can't get the download video to pop up when I try to download a video.

  Not sure if this will help you (not a technical person) but I had this problem before and I hadn't enabled the toolbar for realplayer in the "manage add ons" - mine is on internet explorer and its easy enough to click on wheel  symbol representing tools (next to the House and star symbols top corner) and go to "manage add ons" and enable realnetworks
