I cannot get the Video Disc Burner to start.  I follow the prompts; Select Disc Type, Add clips and then click Start Burn.  The files are shown in the Video Menu Text and "Beginning burn" shows in the status window. It has been like that for the last 2 1/2 hours!

I have a Pioneer BD-RW BDR-209D dvd drive and it has worked fine for other programs.  Please provide any assistance if possible.  My Plus has been a minus so far.

I reinstalled the driver for the DVD.  The status now reads "The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system."  Where do I find the correct decoders for this system.  The format for the files are .webm and MP4
