I can't get the video or music or come up. B4, all the changes that has taken place I was able to just play realplayer/realtimes (I don't know what I got or what I'm suppose to have. Yesterday I started paying and add'l $4.99 for more space. I have no idea why, I still can't play my music or watch my music videos. HELP !!!!!!!! please. I am a 74 year old WIDOW, I don't care about movies, getting touch with all my dead relatives, I just want to listen to the downloaded music/videos I downloaded from YouTube.  Thank you
