My cd burner doesn't work, so it says to enable it go to accounts and verify. Well I have done that for 4 days now and although it keeps saying verification mail sent, I have still not had an email in my inbox nor spam. This is the 3rd or 4th plus I have paid for and it's the first time I've had to do this also the first time I haven't been able to write direct to support. Could some please contact me to help me in this matter please.
