Bogus phone number
There is nobody to answer your phone and the message abruptly disconnects the caller. If I do not get nay help from you, I am disputing the charge to my credit card! I will report to Better Business too!

I upgraded to Realplayer downloader express, but it isn't better than the free version. So I want a refund on my account. The phone numbers give you a runaround also. Please supply a contact number that gets you through to a real person.
