why now unable to download video from youtube?

Hi,

1) why nowadays i can't download youtube?

2) If i can't download youtube wht is the point for me to upgrade to 25gb cloud

previous i had subscribe realplayer cloud and my download was fast. but now i couldn't do so.

please help

  If you are still unable to download videos, please provide the following information:

  • Are you able to see the "Download This Video" option?
  • Did you receive any error message? What does it say?
  • Is this happening to all videos, on all sites or just with only youtube? If the problem is with a particular video, please include the URL from which you're trying to download.

  • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  • What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
