problems with real player

would like to remove  the update i just added    it was something like   "lossless audio"   definitely  worse audio quality

 

also  unable to download some videos  .  the icon for downloading is blue  and it says  "no videos found at this site"  using chrome  brave  or edge  browser

  I feel like I just wasted my money, I would a refund. I  don't find the features to chose on how to copy my music. I get no audio when I copy my music onto a cd. I only have the same options i had when it was free. Tell me how to cancel the premium and get my money back.
