videos won't play
Real player worked fine till the last upgrade. Now I can play videos on the Real website, but not any previously recorded videos I recorded with Real player. I get a window saying Real player has closed, and that's it. I can play those same videos using Windows 10 Media Player.

I can also record new video with Real player, but that video also won't play.

Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:
http://files2.codecguide.com/K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1300_Mega.exe
After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
If this does not resolve your issue, please provide the following information:
• Are you able to play those files using other player in your computer?
• What is the file format?
• What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
• What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
• Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?The more specific you are, the better I will be able to assist you.

The new update of Real player does not allow the videos to play. I keep getting an error message that the program must be shut down upon opening any videos. And I have tried all the fixed listed on your site and nothing fixed it.
