RUNTIME ERROR WHEN BURNING TO DVD.

 Version 18.1.7.343 installed on PC running Windows 10.

When attempting to burn .MP4 files from my Real Library, the process starts by ' preparing to recode files' then stops with the following message displayed on the screen :-

RUNTIME ERROR. USE OF INVALID EDITOR " Stream::StreamFileEditorBase ".

Please advise how I can rectify this problem.
