I can't get playlists to work correctly, very clunky to even find playlists and move music to them, and worst of all, the stupid cd burner will not work. I've ruined a dozen or more blanks trying different things to get it to burn. I'm using the free to test before buying, but this just turns me off!!! I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and even updated immediately after reinstalling. Still works like someone 2 years old developed it.
