Need video speed control

With all the messed up speeds on downloads, especially from YouTube, we need a dial-type speed adjustment control so we can generally slow down the player speed of videos so the audio doesn't sound like the actors have been breathing helium.

  Choices of "Normal", 1.25, and .75 are too wide, and not fine enough to be useful.  We need incremental speed control, like, .98, .96, .94, .92, etc. to just slightly slow down the run speed of the videos.
