Losing audio on trimmed video

I play a video and I can hear it fine and edit it by trimming to create just one song from the many on the lather video. All seems to work fine until I play back the trimmed video. When I play trimmed video there is only video no audio. Why?

  If the problem persists, please let us know what format the original video is in and if this happens to all trimmed videos or just a particular one.

  If you want to trim video without loss (both audio & video), I would recommend joyoshare video cutter.

  No damage to the video and audio quality as long as you don't convert the format.
