Unable to trim already-trimmed MP4 files.

It's a problem that occurred previously and was fixed, but now, it's back.  The problem is, I can trim an MP4 file, but if I pull up the trimmed file to trim it down still further, this error message pops up: "This file is not supported by the RealPlayer Trimmer application."

 

I don't want to have to convert the files to WMV to be able to trim them.  Please fix this so that even trimmed MP4 files can be trimmed.  Thank you.

 

Is there a way to email technical support about this issue?

  You can convert the file to the same format (mp4) again, and try to trim newly converted file.
