Unable to sign in
Get Currently not signed in to Real Times. Have followed the suggested Recovery process without success. I am getting fed up with the number of times Real Player stops working properly.

I can not sign in. I get the message that I am not currently connected to Real Player. It tells me to reset my connection requires me to restart my computer. I have done this multiple times with no luck. What can be done?
