Hi

I am writing this message to you to tell you that after i upgraded my Software to real player plus, the software has crashed stopped working and also stopped appearing in my Windows task-bar. It does not run at all. I am using real player everyday for purpose of downloading video's everyday that i need it. this has stopped me from downloading. 

Can you guys please tell me what could be the reason for this issue?
