I got a new computer recently and downloaded Realplayer fresh.  When I went to use the trimmer function on a video, it wouldn't open the Trimmer tool.  After testing some more things, it also won't open Converter, Download a Video, or Account settings.

Most (but not all) of the buttons that open a popout window in Realplayer aren't working.  Equalizer, Video controls, and Preferences all open fine.

As well, when I try to open the sign in page to see if maybe that's a problem for some reason, the page opens but sits on a blank page and never loads.
