downloader doesn't work internet explorer,firefox or chrome need it repaired haven't had it since last week friday and i been trying to call but get no reply,

  Hello,

  Please uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer by following the steps below:
    1 - First, you need to uninstall the program by following the instructions from this article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-gb/articles/204040013
    2 - After uninstalling RealPlayer from the Control Panel, please delete the application folders. Here's how: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-gb/articles/220342848
    3 - Reboot your computer and reinstall RealPlayer. You can install the current version by going to: http://www.real.com/uk

  I'm having the same issues..followed your instructions above and still doesn't work. All software inc real player, flash player are up to date very frustrating

  Please try the solutions from: 'No videos to download on this page'

  If this is not the exact issue you are having, please explain what's happening when you try to download a video, so we can assist you further.

  Still not working..uninstalled reinstalled 5 times, software up to date and I keep getting no video unable to download..Tried going through file..open..click right hand corner screen comes up unable to download problem started last Friday.  Computer is 3 months old.

  We are happy to report that the issue has been fixed. Please follow these steps to download videos again.
  
  1. Use an alternative browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (not Internet Explorer). Go to a web site of your choice to download a video. Play the video and click ‘Download This Video’ button. (Note: This step should download the video)
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Next to the system clock, you will right click on the RealPlayer logo and click Restart RealDownloader.
  4. Use the browser that you were not able to download videos previously and attempt to download. (You should be able to download videos now)
