ra files not playing in Realplayer on windows 10

New windows 10 laptop. Loaded Realplayer and cannot play .ra files from jazz archive http://www.redhotjazz.com/    Rplayer asks for software update, says already installed, and then reloads without a fix.  Very frustrating and the only audio format for this site. Have seen similar posts on this site, but is anyone replying or fixing the problem?
