New windows 10 laptop. Loaded Realplayer and cannot play .ra files from jazz archive http://www.redhotjazz.com/    Rplayer asks for software update, says already installed, and then reloads without a fix.  Very frustrating and the only audio format for this site. Have seen similar posts on this site, but is anyone replying or fixing the problem?

If you are trying to play rm. or ram. files, please consult: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/206834057-Unable-to-play-rm-or-ram-files

If this is not the issue you are having, you'll need to contact the http://www.redhotjazz.com/ website administrator for further advice.
