Install AV flags & cannot play stored albums on remote system

Symantec Endpoint Protection (Enterprise)

2, maybe related issues:

During install/update, I keep getting the AV warnings below. It does complete the install/upgrade: 

I can only "see" albums on a shared drive (M:) on this one system. I tried to play the selected album and got:

Waht is going on. I'd like to use this player.
