Hello,

I am running windows 11. I downloaded the installation program and the installation seemed to go well.  However, when at the end of installation when prompted to run it, nothing happens.  Clicking on the installed shortcut gives a message about windows not being able to find the program, although it is plainly there in the folder.  I have uninstalled and re-installed several times (each time removing the data folders) with the same result.  Any direction would be appreciated.
