I am trying to number of times to download videos but always saying "unable to download". I can see this video download up to last. then appear this message. Please help me to overcome this problem.

  check to see if any upgrades available. if so, allow to make changes and add latest upgrades. after upgrades have been added restart your computer. sometimes that's all it takes.

  i did update 20/20 latest version for windows10home for my new laptop. but still the problem same as before. no download from utube, facebook so on. bad thing is video download up to end then messege appears. what is wrong with this laptop system or this app ??...more than year i used to download with this app but last few years not, now i stared but itz giving me horrible headache.

   

  pls gv me positive answer to overcome this problem
