Need to update email and contact info.
Need someone from Realplayer customer support to respond. I don't understand this method of support.

This is the only option we have, as you stated you have no access to your old email address. As soon as you respond with the new and old email address we will edit the post so that others will not see it.
After we update the email address, we will confirm.
