Come on guys where is my content????
Hi there i`ve been a client of real player for maybe ten years and I would like to find all of the content that i downloaded to real player over as many years that i have been a member as my last two computers.
I have used Real Player because i have been able to download content on to my compute. I dont always have an internet connection and has been nice to be able be able pull content off my hard drive. is this feature gone for ever and will i be able to get my old content back? the cloud sucks when you have no connection.
I am really upset that my content is gone. I thought I had a chose to keep my old real player instead of real time player that i dont like.I hope you can help me? I will be very disappointed. If all these years are in vain.
Please dont do me like that. I feel bullied.
Wont jump to conclusions.

Let me inform you, when you download files using RealPlayer the downloaded videos will be saved in your hard drive. RealPlayer will only have a shortcut to that file in RealPlayer library. It wont store the videos in any external server. If you install RealPlayer on another computer you need to transfer the downloaded videos from the old computer to new one using an external hard disk or any storage device.
Note: If you don't have the back up for those files, then you have to download once again from the source you downloaded before.
Therefore, if you want to transfer media files from one computer to another, you will need to backup them first by copying the media contents to external storage devices. If you have any external storage devices such as Flash drive or external hard drive, then you can copy the media files to them. Once done, you can insert the same device to the new computer and copy it.
If you have uploaded the videos to cloud storage, you can use the PC web browser and access RealTimes to download the uploaded videos. Here's how:
Go to https://realtimes.real.com/
Enter your login credentials.
Select the video and then right click.
Select Download from the list.
