Can't access Real Player 16 plus window on the top left hand side

    To resolve this issue, perform a clean uninstall and re install of RealPlayer. To do so, please follow the steps in the below link:

    Note: Before you delete your Library, please be aware that deleting it will not delete your music files, but you will have to recreate all your playlists.

    If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know the progress.
