Retrieve music

I have an OLD account from Real Player Jukebox, that I can NOT access with a new computer I bought yesterday. I NEED to Speak to someone from REAL PLAYER, I will also need Tech. Support in order to retrieve my music files. Can Someone PLEASE HELP me ?
