Can not record from you tube

On April 9th 2016 you advised me to remove the free version of Real Player and install Real Player 16 which I purchased.  I can not record videos from You Tube now, whereas I could with the free Real Player version.  How come?  You recommend I use Real Times.  How do I get to Real Times if I have installed Real Player 16?  Help. Thanks Jim

  I see that you have upgrade to RealPlayer Plus 18. 

  In order to download videos, I recommend you update your RealPlayer software to the latest version. To do so, follow the steps in this article:

  You can then attempt to download videos.
