Real player 16

I uploaded real player 16 but i am not satisfied with the product. It does not play MP4 videos stored on my computer and it does not play DVD videos. I have the plus version but it does not give me any satisfaction.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU GIVE ME A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK

  To resolve this issue, I would recommend you install the k-lite codec pack:

  K-Lite codec: http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/KLite-Codec-Pack_Full/1094057842/3

  If that doesn't help, try uninstalling reinstall the RealPlayer Cloud by following the steps in this article:
