  This is just an attempt by Real to get you to upgrade. I have the same problem. They have purposely deleted our accounts that allows access to premium services that we paid for. The premium services should be permanent once paid for.

  I gota keep changing my password to get into my private section, but then I still can't get in. What is the problem with that??  And furthermore I got usually wind up changing my regular password as well.
