Realplayer 16 v. Real Times

When I purchased Realplayer 16 it did all I needed to do, convert, burn DVD's,etc. etc. Then here comes Realtimes...and because you want to charge me for storage that I don't need I lose my codecs or at least all the good ones. I believe in Law School we studied this very situation. The "bait & switch". I paid for what I wanted and I have no need for your cloud. Updating takes away the features I have already paid for AND if I don't update for some reason the features I have been using don't seem to be there or are no longer present.

IF ANYONE ELSE IS CONCERNED ABOUT THIS OR IS HAVING THE SAME TROUBLE LET ME KNOW. FIND ME ON FACEBOOK "ANDREW HESSING" LIVES IN BOONVILLE MISSOURI.

I think we got a class action suit against this company.

I'm sorry if you think this way. I've reviewed your account and when you originally purchased RealPlayer Plus, you purchased version RealPlayer 16, which was a one-time charge. With that purchase, you received updates and support of that version for no additional fees or hidden charges. We're no longer making any updates to RealPlayer 16 (or RealPlayer Cloud).

Although customers who purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus continued to enjoy their Plus features at no extra charge when we released RealPlayer Cloud, in the new RealTimes these features are available only with a RealPlayer Plus 18 or Premium/Unlimited subscription. A subscription unlocks many more features than just the Plus features!

See what's new in RealTimes: http://www.real.com/features?ref=cloud

However, If you would like to download the previous version RealPlayer, first uninstall the latest version from your computer by following this article:

https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013

Then, click this link to download RealPlayer 16:

After downloading the free version, sign in to access the Plus features. To know more on this click this link:https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040653

After you are signed in, you should see a RealPlayer Plus icon located in the upper left corner of the player.

I hope the information helps.
