Older versions to work on my PC

I have paid for a version. I had troubles with my pc and had to reinstall everything.

The problem is your server does not accept old versions and is blocking the conversion alleging that it is not paid.

I do not want the new version of real player because it is very bad, I don't like it and all the changes you introduced and it illegal to force customers to pay for new products if the have already paid for old ones that m,ight perfectly work.

I need to reinstall the Real Player 15 full according to what is paid and I need you assistance.

  By the way I did not want my comments to be addressed to the community, but to the Customer Services for proper actions. It is not undere discussion the problem that you caused to me.

  I down loaded RealPlayer 16 on my Windows XP PC.  I am able to add all FLV files and MP4 files into library.  But I can only play MP4 files of video clips, I cannot play FLV files of video clips.  What should I do to play FLV files?
