I'm not sure I understand what this means,"Live customer support is provided only for the current version and one prior version of the player." Does this mean there is a person to talk to if you have the current version and an one older version? I have a "prior version of the player" but I am unable to speak to anyone to help me with my issues Or do I? If I do, I would like for someone to assist me in being able to convert files and and burn dvds like I used to be able.
