downloading this video appears in I E 11 & Chrome ,starts to download but do not work

Downloading this video in IE 11 & chrome Web  appears but after the download It says unable to find the video ,Then I click  an real player icon then clicking again it Don't force to show any proper download. Also it is behaving that downloading any video  by real player is not worth to waste  time Please rectify this problem Quickly
