Real Player download for window8 and window10

I have been using Real Player for a long time. Now I have windows8 and I am using Google Chrome. I will be buying a laptop soon which will come with Windows10. Now Real player download is not working on windows8 and chrome.

  If you are still unable to download videos, please provide the following information:
  
  • Are you able to see the "Download This Video" option?
  • Did you receive any error message? What does it say?
  • Is this happening to all videos, on all sites or just with a particular one?
  • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
