Hello. I'm Matthew Williams. My customer email upon which I conducted business with is xxyxxxxxxe@xxxxo.cx. I've been customer since before I downloaded realplayer plus 16. I had had other versions prior. Lately I've not been able to use realplayer downloader plus, or its file conversion capabilities for at least four months. I have tried to download videos but the program keeps telling me I, "don't have enough disk space on drive." I don't know whats going on. I've alway gotten regular updates in the past. Your telephone support line has always assisted me any problems I ever have with my PAID for software in the past. This is my fifth email and no response. I'm started to feel cheated on my investment in your company. Your telephone line appears to be not working. Is realplayer downloader down? Can anyone please get back with me on this aggravating issue? I just want my software I paid some much for back. Matthew Williams,
